Monday – Beef enchilada bake, salsa, beans, rice, salad, chips, and chocolate oatmeal cookies (GF).
Tuesday – Sliced ham, macaroni and cheese, green beans, coleslaw, roll and Oreo pie.
Wednesday – Waldorf chicken salad, spring mix, broccoli cheese soup, croissant, and pineapple upside down cake.
Thursday – Beef fajitas with bell peppers and onions, roasted squash, flour tortillas, queso, guacamole, chips, and chocolate chip cookie dough dip with vanilla wafers.
Friday – Breakfast for lunch, croissant bake with spinach and mushrooms, quiche, sausage patties, fresh fruit, and berry stuffed French toast.

Monday – Chicken Pasta Bake with garlic and parmesan, cabbage casserole, salad, roll and red velvet brownie.
Tuesday – Oven beef stew, green beans, salad, roll and strawberry layered dessert.
Wednesday – Jambalaya with beef sausages and rice, fruit, salad, garlic bread and peanut butter chocolate chip cake.
Thursday – Bacon cheeseburger sliders, potato salad, sliced pickle, and chocolate éclair dessert.
Friday – Salmon fillet or chicken (Please circle choice), fresh strawberry salsa, roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts, salad, garlic bread and key lime pie bars.
